    These are very easy machines to operate. Twist the handles and the machine drives forward and reverse. The brush deck and squeegee are operated by handles.  

It lets out the cleaning water, scrubs it with (2) 16" cleaning pads and then sucks up all the water with the squeegee that is in the rear of the machine. This will save you lots of $$ on labor from all the mopping and hand scrubbing on your floors.
