This unit applies cleaning solution then scrubs it with its 20 inch pad driver. It then sucks up the scrubbed solution with the rear mounted squeegee assembly. This unit has been fully tested and ships out ready to go to work. It comes with a pad driver, good batteries and a charger. Unit qualifies for free shipping to a commercial location with a forklift or to be picked up at local truck dock. Otherwise a $100 residential shipping fee will apply. Unit is sold with a 30 day parts warranty.
